Cookiebot manages the website's consent choices. You can reject optional categories, allow a selection or allow all. You can revisit your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand page views and successful demo requests. The website loads Google Tag Manager only after Statistics permission and only when measurement is enabled for that deployment.
The demo measurement event records a successful request and a fixed form identifier. It does not contain the name, email, phone number or free-text contents submitted in the form.

5. Lead Forensics
When enabled with your explicit Marketing permission, Lead Forensics helps identify businesses visiting our website and the pages that interest them. It receives the visiting IP address and technical visit information, including page URLs, referrers and browser details.
A business match does not establish which individual visited. Processing an IP address is not the same as collecting only anonymous information. The website tracking supplement describes the data collection, consent basis and your rights.

- A browser-loaded script sends visit information to the service. Its operation is not dependent on accepting Statistics cookies.
The integration remains off before explicit Marketing permission, after rejection, when only Statistics is permitted, or if Cookiebot is unavailable. It also stays off when Global Privacy Control is enabled. These controls apply to IP-address tracking as well as cookies.
No tracking pixel is used as a fallback when JavaScript is unavailable. Questions about service-held records, storage, retention, deletion or international processing can be sent to privacy@voxmind.ai.
6. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Open Cookie settings, change the categories and save your choice. If the controls are unavailable, try again later or contact privacy@voxmind.ai.
Withdrawing Statistics permission disables Google Analytics collection and clears its cookies through the website's consent controls.
Withdrawing Marketing after the Lead Forensics code has loaded reloads the current page to stop that code. Unsent form entries may be lost. The saved choice prevents further loading unless you opt in again.
This does not recall requests already sent or automatically delete information held by a provider. Contact us for requests concerning previously collected information.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Deleting cookies alone is not a reliable way to stop an IP-based service. Blocking necessary cookies may affect website functions.
7. Changes and contact
We update this policy when the technologies or purposes change. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
